Engineer Service Job Details:  3 to 5 years Diploma/B.E.-Mechanical E&TC 

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling the entire service activities of CIJ printer at Chennai and Tamil Nadu location
• Conducting demos/Trials installation at Food Beverages, Cable, and Pipe Industries.
• He will be responsible for preventive Maintenance/Breakdown Calls of the printers. Maintaining interface with the customers, monitoring AMC Contracts etc.
• He will be also responsible for repeat business from the same customers.
• Ability to handle & resolve customer complaints
