Key Responsibilities - Immediate Opening
1.
Talent Acquisition:
•
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract
high-caliber candidates.
• Utilize job boards, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, Employee referrals, and other recruitment channels to find potential hires.
2.
Candidate Screening
and Selection:
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.Coordinate and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person) with hiring managers.
3.
Job Posting and
Employer Branding:
•
Write and post clear, engaging job descriptions on various platforms.
• Represent the company as an employer of choice by highlighting its values, culture, and opportunities.
4.
Recruitment
Coordination:
•
Schedule interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and maintain a positive
candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and onboard new hires effectively.
5.
Database Management:
• Maintain and update a recruitment database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate details, progress, and outcomes.
6.
Stakeholder
Collaboration:
•
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce
planning.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
7.
Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
8.
Compliance:
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
•
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
•
Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing,
engineering, or a technical domain.
•
Proven track record of hiring for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
•
Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking
Systems (ATS). Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri Recruiter and job portals.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions
simultaneously.
