Immediate opportunity for a HR Recruiter - Automotive sector.

Location: Chennai


Key Responsibilities - Immediate Opening 

1.       Talent Acquisition:

              • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.

              • Utilize job boards, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, Employee referrals, and other recruitment channels to find potential hires.


2.       Candidate Screening and Selection:

• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.Coordinate and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person) with hiring managers.


3.       Job Posting and Employer Branding:

              • Write and post clear, engaging job descriptions on various platforms.

              • Represent the company as an employer of choice by highlighting its values, culture, and opportunities.


4.       Recruitment Coordination:

• Schedule interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

              • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and onboard new hires effectively.


5.       Database Management:

• Maintain and update a recruitment database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate details, progress, and outcomes.


6.       Stakeholder Collaboration:

              • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

              • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.


7.       Market Research:

              • Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.


8.       Compliance:

              • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labor laws and company policies.


Qualifications and Skills

              • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

              • Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or a technical         domain.

              • Proven track record of hiring for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

              • Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri Recruiter and job portals.

              • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

              • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

              • Proactive, resourceful, and results driven.
