Job Description

potential customers. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide
product/service information. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations,
and negotiations. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales
representatives. Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide
coaching to achieve sales goals. Conduct regular team meetings and performance
reviews. Marketing Initiatives : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop
and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Provide input on product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
Monitor marketing trends and customer preferences to adapt strategies
accordingly. Sales Analysis and Reporting : Analyze sales data, market trends,
and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare
regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics. Make data-driven
recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
