Production Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer specialized in flow meters and level sensors to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring product quality, and optimizing manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the production of flow meter and level sensor units from assembly to testing, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to implement new product designs and improvements in the production process.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of products to meet customer demands.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections to identify and address any production issues or defects.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize production costs.
• Train production staff on proper assembly techniques, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
• Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for compliance and analysis purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in production engineering, preferably in the manufacturing of flow meters, level sensors, or related instrumentation products.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and production optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in   CAD   software   for   design   modifications   and   process improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills  and ability   to work   in   a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams.
